This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and Officard Limited Liability Company (“Officard LLC”)/https://www.officard.com/ ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website https://www.officard.com/ (the "Site") and all related services provided by Officard LLC/https://www.officard.com/ (the "Services").You agree that by clicking “Join Now”, “Join Officard”, “Sign Up” or similar, registering, accessing or using our services (described below), you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Officard (even if you are using our Services on behalf of a company). This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Officard LLC/https://www.officard.com/ regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
